Born on 24th August, 1975 in the family of Smt. Radha Devi and Shri Mithilesh Kumar he got his early school education at Patna and Matriculated from Patliputra High School in the year 1990, after Intermediate from Bihar Intermediate Education Council went to Ramjas College, Delhi and Graduated in B.Sc (H) Statistics from University of Delhi and thereafter, completed L.L.B. programme from University of Delhi.

Having passed out LL.B. from University of Delhi in the year 2003, got enrolled as Advocate in the Bar Council of Delhi in the year 2003 itself and transferred to Bihar State Bar Council in the year, 2007. Being a first generation lawyer, he started his practice in Delhi High Court in year, 2003 and thereafter in Patna High Court. During practice, he got opportunity to practice in service matter, Constitutional matter, Contractual matter, Arbitration matter etc.

Worked for several State Government’s Organizations in the capacity of Retainer. At the time of elevation to the Bench, he was working as Retained Counsel for Bihar State Electronics Development Corporation (BELTRON), Bihar State Educational Infrastructure Ltd., Bihar Education Project Council, Mid Day Meal Society, Bihar Pharmacy Council and he was representing as a counsel for the Bihar School Examination Board, Bihar Staff Selection commission, Bihar State Beverage Corporation, Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Bihar State Road Construction Department, Bihar State Election Commission, Bihar Road Construction Department, Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority, Sugarcane Industries Department. Besides that he was also Senior Panel Counsel of Union of India. Apart from the Government Organizations, he was working for largest private sector Bank, namely, HDFC Bank along with nationalized Bank i.e. Bank of Baroda. He also worked as Retained Counsel for Magadh University and Counsel for BISCOMAUN. His major area of practice was in Service and Civil Matters, Company Matters, Contract and Commercial matters.
